Can I please buy/get this (insert gloomy bear/bunny/plush) bag made?
Update: Currently all new bag releases are on hold while we catch up on orders, please use the CONTACT page to request a custom bag commission! Custom bags start at $270USD+
I will typically open custom plush bag commissions as I gradually send bags out and more spots become available. The best way to have a specific bag made is to contact me directly, however every 3-4 weeks I will have a selection of gloomy plush available to choose for customs on my website, so check the “Custom Plush” section to see what’s available. The best way to stay updated on my future bag releases and other product drops is to follow my Instagram @robogoth ☠️
What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
Please note that there is a no refund, no exchange policy. Refunds are only given on a case-by-case basis if there is an issue of faulty/damaged product, or a lost shipment.
All items are double checked for quality before being packaged and shipped. If in the event there is damage to the item, please contact via email and it will be resolved accordingly! <3
What happens if my item is damaged or lost during shipment?
ROBOGOTH is not responsible for your package once it has shipped! If you have any questions or concerns please contact via email or Instagram. ROBOGOTH is not responsible for customs or any added tax/charges on international shipments. If your package has been lost during transit please submit a form through the CONTACT page with your order number.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
If your address is incorrect and needs to be changed please submit a form through my CONTACT page as soon as possible with your order number so I can attempt to make changes for you. If a label was already purchased, you may need to purchase another.
Do you sell your earrings individually or in pairs?
All listings for earrings on ROBOGOTH are for a complete pair of earrings! We do not sell earrings in single pieces. If you need a replacement for a lost piece however, contact me here and we can help you out!
