What happens if my item is damaged or lost during shipment?

ROBOGOTH is not responsible for your package once it has shipped! if you have any questions or concerns please contact me via email or Instagram. ROBOGOTH is not responsible for customs or any added tax/charges on international shipments. If your package has been lost during transit please submit a form through the Contact Us page with your order number.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

If your address is incorrect and needs to be changed please submit a form through our Contact Us page as soon as possible with your order number so we can attempt to make changes for you. If a label was already purchased, you may need to purchase another.
