Please note that there is no refund, no exchange policy. Refunds are only given on a case-by-case basis if there is an issue of a faulty/damaged product or a lost shipment.

All items are double-checked for quality before being packaged and shipped. If in the event there is damage to the item, please contact via email and it will be resolved accordingly! <3

ROBOGOTH is not responsible for customs or any added tax/charges on international shipments. If your package has been lost during transit please submit a form through the CONTACT page with your order number.
